Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days from Montreal, QC.
We send your orders with tracking via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost) or Purolator (Ground or Express). If your package is below a certain weight or size, you can choose Canada Post standard shipping, which means we will ship it with regular stamps – be aware that there is no tracking number for this option.
If you are in the Montreal area, you can choose a more sustainable option: the bike delivery service, provided by Livraison Vélo Montréal. Deliveries are made within 3 business days, starting when the package is taken out of our hands.

Please note that Canada Post transfers parcels over to USPS for final delivery (usually the process takes 4-12 business days).
We send orders internationally on demand. Delivery times vary greatly between destination countries and regions so please contact us for an estimate at email@example.com. Please note that any customs or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any order problems.
Unfortunately, change-of-mind returns are not accepted at this time. We are a small team and it requires a lot of resources (as well as additional carbon footprint) to arrange for you to send back your order.

Please note that if delivery is time sensitive, you should select an express option at checkout such as "Purolator Express", or "Canada Post XpressPost", or contact us directly to enquire about faster courier rates. While we ship your orders as soon as possible, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur with the delivery service of your choice, especially during holidays or in extreme weather emergencies such as floods or fires.
If you accidentally input the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix that. You can contact us by filling up the contact form or reply to your order confirmation email. These are the best way to reach us quickly.
If we have already shipped your order to the wrong address, it will be returned to us and result in an additional cost (return fee + cost to re-send the parcel to the correct address).
Damaged or wrong items
If your order contains broken items or is incorrect, please fill up the contact form or reply to your order confirmation email. If you can, please send a picture of the products along with your email. We will take care of fixing that as quickly as possible!
